GPs 'Falsely Claim Millions'

We were comtacted by a whistleblower who was concerned that GPs were fraudulently claming for patient health check-ups that hadn't taken place.

It meant that patients' records were allegedly being changed to falsely show that they had received medical help that had not been given.

The whistleblower felt that not only was it fraudulent but that it was endangering patients' lives.

We contacted the Daily Mail newspaper who launched an investigation and ran the story on its front page.
